Pardee Hospital Foundation Announces Nicole Phillips as 2026 Women Helping Women Luncheon Keynote Speaker

HENDERSONVILLE, N.C. — The Pardee Hospital Foundation is proud to announce Nicole Phillips — breast cancer survivor, author, and host of The Kindness Podcast — as the keynote speaker for the 2026 Women Helping Women Luncheon.

As the hallmark event for the Pardee Hospital Foundation, the annual Women Helping Women luncheon brings together women from across the community for a meaningful day focused on inspiration, connection, and supporting healthcare initiatives that impact women in Henderson County and throughout Western North Carolina.

Known nationally for her uplifting storytelling and authentic message about resilience and compassion, Phillips shares how kindness can transform lives — even during life’s most difficult seasons.

A breast cancer survivor and author of five books, Phillips uses humor, honesty, and hope to encourage audiences to embrace connection, courage, and community. She is also the host of The Kindness Podcast, recognized by Oprah Magazine as one of the top happiness podcasts.

“Nicole’s message aligns beautifully with the spirit of Women Helping Women,” states Amy Treece, Executive Director with Pardee Hospital Foundation. “Her story reminds us of the incredible impact compassion and community support can have during challenging times. We are excited to welcome her to Hendersonville for what promises to be an inspiring and meaningful event.”

This year, the Women Helping Women program is also expanding its mission to include a new focus on Innovation — supporting advanced technology and equipment that enhances women’s healthcare services throughout the region.

“As healthcare continues to evolve, so do the needs of the women we serve,” states Treece. “Women Helping Women has long provided support and access to care for women in our community. By incorporating Innovation as an additional pillar of the program, we are helping ensure women have access not only to compassionate care, but also to the advanced technology that supports earlier detection and improved outcomes.”

Funds raised through Women Helping Women support healthcare programs, patient financial assistance initiatives, and innovative technology and equipment that benefit women throughout Western North Carolina.

The 2026 Women Helping Women Luncheon will take place Friday, October 23 at Blue Ridge Community College. Additional event details, including sponsorship opportunities and ticket information, will be announced in the coming months.
