The Stronger Together Leadership Council brings together employees from across the organization to champion the Foundation’s mission through peer engagement and advocacy. Council members help raise awareness of employee giving through meaningful and engaging activities, with a modest time commitment of approximately 1–2 hours per quarter. Building on a strong legacy, Stronger Together deepens connection, increases awareness, and highlights the difference every Pardee Teammate can make.

This year, we’re highlighting the newly completed Pardee Adolescent Behavioral Health Center and the importance of ensuring young people in our community have access to the care and support they need.
No. Pardee Adolescent Behavioral Health Center is this year’s highlighted area of need, but employees can choose another area of need including cancer, cardiovascular services, women and children, or unrestricted/area of greatest need where their gift is most needed.

Yes. You can choose the giving option that works best for you on the donation form.
No. You choose your gift designation when completing the donation form. Your selection allows the Foundation to direct your gift according to your wishes.
Employees who make a gift of any size will receive a Stronger Together T-shirt and sticker.
