The Stronger Together Leadership Council brings together employees from across the organization to champion the Foundation’s mission through peer engagement and advocacy. Council members help raise awareness of employee giving through meaningful and engaging activities, with a modest time commitment of approximately 1–2 hours per quarter. Building on a strong legacy, Stronger Together deepens connection, increases awareness, and highlights the difference every Pardee Teammate can make.
