Gifts a fixed amount each year and is more attractive when interest rates are low
Can provide income tax deductions or estate and gift tax savings
Works well with Donor Advised Funds (DAF) if the sole purpose in philanthropic

How it Works

Transfer assets to a trust that makes gift payments for a specified period
Established the amount and term limits, whether a set number of years or lifetime.
Gifts of set amount are made to Pardee Hospital Foundation over the set time limit
When the term is up, the remaining trust goes to your family or designated beneficiaries

Charitable Remainder Uni-trust

Benefits

Supports through an annually specified percentage amount to Pardee Hospital Foundation
Gifts a variable amount each year based on the value of the assets in the trust
With a unitrust, if the trust's assets go up in value, for example, the donation goes up as well
Can provide income tax deductions or estate and gift tax savings
Works well with Donor Advised Funds (DAF) if the sole purpose in philanthropic
