As one of the community’s most anticipated signature events, this year’s Soiree promises to be exceptional. Guests will enjoy a gourmet dinner, live entertainment, and a silent auction, ensuring an uplifting night to remember. The evening will also include special recognition of the Philanthropist and Physician of the Year as we celebrate the community’s resilience and support for UNC Health Pardee. Most importantly, your participation will help meet critical needs at the hospital in the coming months. Your support makes this vital work possible.
As our community continues to recover from the impact of Tropical Storm Helene, we have seen extraordinary resilience from both our dedicated Pardee team and our neighbors across the region. Our healthcare family has been steadfast, providing compassionate care and unwavering support to one another and the community at large.
This year’s theme is expressed through a thoughtful color palette chosen to reflect the journey of resilience and healing:
Emerald Green – symbolizes growth, renewal, and resilience as our community rises stronger than before.
Gold represents triumph, success, and the accomplishments we celebrate together.
Soft Lavender – evoking calm, healing, and the sense of new beginnings we look forward to with hope.
We invite you to support our Spring Soiree as a sponsor. Your sponsorship plays a crucial role in enabling high-quality healthcare services and compassionate support right here at home. Each sponsorship level offers unique marketing benefits, and we would love to discuss how you or your organization can be a vital part of this event. You may contact Executive Director Amy Treece at (828) 696-4661. Alternatively, you can review the sponsorship opportunities below and send an email to [email protected] to discuss further.

Andrew Schmidt joined Pardee Hospital Foundation in November 2023 as a Donor Engagement Officer. Andrew began his career in fundraising at his alma mater, Sewanee: The University of the South, as an assistant director in charge of reunions and volunteers, working on milestone giving campaigns as well as alumni engagement and stewardship events. Andrew holds a BA in Philosophy from Sewanee and recently earned a MA in Applied Arts & Sciences from the Liberal and Interdisciplinary Studies program at the University of North Carolina at Greensboro. Andrew previously served the Henderson Country community as an Advancement Analyst at nearby Kanuga Conference Center, where he was responsible for donor database administration, prospect research, and raising funds in support of a $15M capital campaign centered on a comprehensive renovation of the then-47-year-old Kanuga Lake Inn. Andrew looks forward to helping advance the mission of UNC Health and Pardee Hospital Foundation across the Western North Carolina region, and particularly in Transylvania County. When he’s not out and about visiting with donors, you can usually find Andrew scampering around DuPont and Pisgah with his wife, Sara, preschool-age son, Arthur, and new-born son, Rhodes.
