Pardee Cancer Center Donor Dedication and Open House

Donor Dedication and Open House

Research from UNC Lineberger Cancer Center indicates that the farther the distance to cancer treatment, the higher the incidence of visits to the Emergency Room and readmission to other hospitals during the treatment process. We want to make sure there is no need to travel a great distance for care. We want to make sure that all cancer services provided in the Cancer Center at Pardee are in one convenient location for everyone. Right Here. Right Now.

Our Cancer Center services are no longer scattered throughout the county, making it challenging for patients to receive the highest level of care possible. Through an innovative collaboration with Henderson County, the City of Hendersonville, Wingate University and Blue Ridge Community College, Pardee Hospital has introduced the Cancer Center along with the Health Sciences Center. This partnership has brought unlimited opportunity to both students and healthcare professionals in our area. With state-of-the-art technologies and access to a quality work-force, students have the chance to learn more now than ever before. This central location, housing the most advanced services and facilities possible, now allows Pardee to provide more convenient care, better research and education capability, increased synergy among providers, and better outcomes for patients.

Capital Campaign

The Foundation’s Hospital to improve the delivery of cancer treatment, surgical care, and the sustainability of important services and programs at the hospital. We can’t do it without help from you, our community. Through the Capital Campaign, your valued support enables patients – your family members, neighbors, and loved ones – in our region to receive the highest level in care and treatment.

Endowment

As our community grows, so do the expectations to support overall needs. To accommodate for ongoing and future growth in our programs, we would like to develop an endowment that will bolster our programs and services – securing a future of innovative health care.
